1. Definitions

Digital Corals means the website, project, platform, brand, ecosystem, and services. User means any person accessing or using the website or services. NFT means a non-fungible token or digital record associated with a coral, asset, or record. Wallet means a blockchain wallet controlled by the user. SALT means the Digital Corals ecosystem token. Coral Record means a digital record relating to a coral specimen or coral-related entry. Marketplace means any feature allowing users to buy, sell, list, or interact with NFTs, products, or related assets.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Digital Corals website lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not: use the website for unlawful purposes; submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with website security; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; misrepresent ownership of coral, NFTs, wallets, or assets; abuse marketplace features; or attempt to manipulate token systems, reward systems, or records.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use wallet-connected, NFT, marketplace, or token-related features. By using these features, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts and Wallets

You are responsible for: keeping your account secure; keeping your wallet secure; ensuring your wallet address is correct; verifying transactions before approval; protecting your seed phrase and private keys; and ensuring that any NFT or coral record selected for update is correct.

Digital Corals cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Orders, Products, and Services

Digital Corals may offer digital products, physical products, update products, NFT services, coral node products, marketplace services, or related services. Order details, pricing, availability, and delivery terms may vary and will be shown at the point of purchase.

Digital Corals reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or correct orders where there is an error, misuse, fraud risk, or technical issue.

6. NFT Updates

When using an update feature, the user is responsible for: selecting the correct NFT or coral record; reviewing any preview image or metadata shown; confirming the selected NFT is the intended record; submitting accurate update information; and understanding that a new or updated NFT may not automatically remove or burn the previous NFT.

Digital Corals may require users to acknowledge this before allowing an update order to proceed.

7. Blockchain Finality

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users must carefully check all wallet prompts, transaction details, NFT selections, and destination addresses before approving any transaction.

Digital Corals is not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect wallet use, third-party wallet failures, or irreversible transactions.

8. Service Availability

Digital Corals aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, blockchain network issues, third-party API failures, wallet provider issues, security incidents, or software updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Corals is not liable for: loss of wallet access; lost private keys; incorrect transactions; NFT or token value changes; coral death, damage, or loss; marketplace disputes between users; third-party service failures; loss of profits; or indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to Services

Digital Corals may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise stated.
